I have contacted www.RichmondKyEvents.com to see if they will put an ad up for the Fall Crawl on their website. In return I have offered them publicity and a spot on our webpage as a sponsor.
There are several radio commercials for this website, so it should get pretty good traffic to the site.

I am also trying to contact Richmond Life Magazine, which is a free publication at many businesses, to see if they would like to put an ad in their magazine and on their website.

I'll let you know any updates in here.

This is the e-mail I got back from Jeff Horn at RichmondKyEvents.com:

"Hello...thanks for the inquiry!! Sure that would be great to have your
event in our Community Calendar..and also any other events that you or EKU
may have.

Event listings in the community calendar are free, however if you will send
us the info we donate some additional advertising on the Home Page for more
exposure. Can we trade the additional advertising to be a sponsor?
