Other Bands

Hey guys!

Chelsey HERE! I contacted a few more bands that I know personally and they are awesome! One band is orginal (The Dan Varner Band)..I have seen them play for the past 5 years down at 4th street live in Louisville, and I have become semi close with Dan Varner himself. I say semi because I sent him a message on myspace and he was going to refer me to his management group but then sent me another message back and realized who I was and gave me his number and said that he will work with me personally on this. He is checking his schedule because they are supposed to have a radio gig that night but it isn't final and he said that he would love to come here. They are from Cinci so it wouldn't be that bad of a drive, and they have a good group of people that follow them from Cinci as well as Louisville, so it could be a great possiblity. Yes, he is mostly country but I think its awesome. And I promise you LIVE they are great! And the other one I contacted are REALLY good friends of mine (and ladies they are FINE looking men). :) They however are a coverband of southern rock and country and they are full of energy and great. They play every wednesday in Louisville at Sully's and other venues around Louisville (so again their travel isn't bad). But we would have to decide if we want a coverband (The CLark And Joey SHow). Which I know in the past we said NO, but at the same time I was talking to Haley and we discussed that it could be good to have a band that plays and everyone knows the stuff they are playing, it will get people up and dancing. But that is completely a decision we all have to make! Unfortunately since they are a cover...they don't have songs up on myspace but they do have a profile with some videos. SO if you guys could go ahead and give me slight feedback so I can start negotiations with these guys..... THANK YOU!

Liked the first band, and I don't even like country music like that. How much money do we have in the budget to book bands?
