I need to know who all is in the Guest Artist/ Speaker Committee. Also i need to know a good time when we can meet this week before the meeting next week.

Hey I am in this committee. I have been thinking of a few people to have come in. My schedule is pretty open for now in terms of when we could meet except for wednesday nights, any suggestions? I think I'd like to meet at powell or starbucks or somewhere I can have a cup of coffee.

Well apparently I didn't tell you when I could meet...oops. I can meet monday nights after the meeting, or an hour before, same with tuesday night, wed I meet with marketing, and I can't do thursday. So....if you all needed to meet earlier on any of those days, i can work around it.

hey we will meet monday after meeting. or whenever they said we would. If you can start thinking of people to bring in for not only the jazz crawl but whatever other events you think we can pull off. by the way check out www.pollstar.com for info on finding artists.
