EKU MIO

As most of you know, Brandi wants us to come up with a "teaser" advertisement to put on Target Vision. It's purpose is to simply introduce our Oktoberfest and to get people interested. It does NOT include any specifics (considering we don't know any yet;) Jill is currently working on ideas, as am I, but we need to work as a group and get together to discuss everyone's ideas.

Hopefully we can meet before the MIO meeting on Wed. the 8th to discuss and maybe even decide on an ad to present at the meeting. We can then get the organization's input on that ad and have time to change it if needed. THE SOONER WE GET THE TEASER UP THE BETTER. It will take a week to be approved and will run for two weeks, which means we also have to allow ourselves time to run a more specific ad closer to the event's date. We can only run ONE ad at a time, so we need to be strategic in WHEN we place them and for how long.

I need to know if everyone wants to meet before Wednesday, and if so, what date and time would be best? The evening is probably the best time for everyone's schedule, so what about Monday or Tuesday evening sometime after 5pm? Tuesday may be better so everyone has time to prepare some ideas. Im just throwing my thoughts out there!

I'm down with meeting on Monday or Tuesday night.
I think we do need to discuss all of our ideas and somewhat put everything together to present our teaser ad to the group on Wednesday. Especially since we dont have too much time left and it takes a week to go through.
