OK, one of the frontrunners for a meeting time was Mondays at 9 PM, after our weekly MIO meeting. Since everyone should be at the MIO meeting anyways, everyone should be able to make the committee meeting.
All we need is a place to meet. I think there's a faculty lounge in Foster that we could probably meet in without any problems.
So please vote above.
