Hey guys,

In order to make an equipment list I need to know what gear the artists are going to need/supply themselves. Can somone on the entertainment committe contact the artists and ask them:

-What equipment they will be bringing
-What equipment they need us to supply

If they need need like a mic and PA and maybe one or two other small things tell them we can supply them.

Also let them know that we strongly encourage artists to bring their own gear, as the gear we are working with is questionable at best. But don't tell them that directly :^) you know, hint at it.

I would like to have that information the next day or two, just as soon as you see this message try to contact the group and ask them:

Vandura wants to know if where in woody's they are playing..they have a big PA and a small one that just needs to be plugged in...they can bring either. They don't need anything else.

Suthurn Kumfurt will also bring all their own equipment.

Chelsea says Rob Byer is trying to see if he can send his PA here..she hasn't gotten back with me just yet on that.

The guys in Kuntry Noize haven't myspaced me back yet, but I told them they could post a bulletin on here letting us know if they need anything also, so be on the lookout for that.
